Our customers literally never ask for a return or refund. It's because our products are high quality and once a product is delivered and used, it goes out of condition to return. Since most parts of the products are custom made for an order, we do not accept any return request but we are happy to help you with our guidance to fix small issues. In the event of massive dysfunction, please contact us, we will do our best to help you.
